I have received many many request for assistance and have TRIED TO KEEP UP BETWEEN MY RADIATION TREATMENTS, but MOST OF YOU LL DO NOT Leave the right e-mail addresses or wish me to guess what I m suppose to leave in o take out. I am in service provider warrenty hell at the moment and I have no idea where to go or what to do. I have a service provider who has been holding my tv hostage for just about 2 monthes now and they are on their third round of ordering parts. Just last week the lady yelled at me and called my names for checking on the status and trying to get an eta of my tv.

hi all, i have an old philips crt tv 29PT6361 that has developed a problem where by the picture fades away to just a black screen after about 15-20 minutes of viewing. there is still sound but no pic. it gradually comes back again for a few seconds reulting in a picture with contrast overload. then fades out again, it continues to do this over and over again. also none of the av inputs work any more.
