Television and Home Theater

I have a Sony KP65WS510, and replaced the fuses and the ics, tv works ok. except for the Blue now it won't ajust , any suggestiion on what can be missing. and i think you mention that you don't need the manual for this but I like to get a schmatic for this know where I can get my hands on one.

I just recently moved 30 miles last Saturday. I had been using a Sony Commander remote and everything was fine. Two days ago Directv came and brought a new box. They gave us a new remote with it and I've been using it for the past two days until I set up my surround sound, DVD, etc.

 The Directv remote has been working. Everything has been fine.

please help !not sure if its a bad convergence ic problem or not. tv wont turn on and i checked codes i get code 21 x-ray protection only . i checked all fuses on both power board and main board all fuses are good!nothing looks bad anywhere on any of the boards. nothing burnt no bad looking caps.when first started relay clicks,  second relay clicks, red tube tries to fire (small flash inside yoke) and then set shuts down. any help to firgure this out would be great or some place i can purchase a power board if its bad.
