One more dead PT47

Hi Folks,

I've got a Panasonic PT47WX33G with the dreaded 3 blinker syndrome. I've been doing some looking and have found lots of good advice on this site. I found a service manual in the resource section for  PT47WX51 etc.  but have tried several times to DL it and it keeps coming up that the file is corrupted. Does anyone know where else I could find the manual for my set?

Thanks in advance

SONY KV-32HS420 DVI Connection with Verizon FIOS HD Box

We are having an issue with the DVI connection on our Sony 32" Wega.  The screen will show the broadcast for 2 seconds, and then revert to sound only.  I spent some time with Verizon Tech Support and they suggested that the port on the back of the TV or the DVI cord was faulty.  She also made a comment that there is a known "incompatability" between the FIOS box and SONY televisions?

Has anyone else had this experience?  We're having to use the Component Video cables instead and I've heard the picture quality is noticeably lesser.
