Television and Home Theater

I have Mitsubishi 65" Diamond series rear projector HD TV with model # MS65711, It won't turn on the TV, I checked the power supply and remote control and they are working, I did reset the system on which the green light will blink for 1 minute and when the green light went off the TV should be should be on, but it won't. I spoke a cable installer and he said the lamp/bulb was busted. So, I took his advice, but I have been looking for many months their is no bulb/lamb that I could find until accidentally I went into your site tonight.

Anyone out there that can walk me through replacing parts in this TV?

 I picked up a broken Sony 51WS520 television as my first big screen TV. It blinks 4 times on power-up. The manual states that this is a vertical deflection problem or +/-15V problem to the vertical deflection IC.

I set the multimeter on DC mode and measured the +/-15V going to IC5101 (LA78045) on the D board. The -15 volts rises to -8 volts before the TV turns off the power due to no vert. deflection. The +15 rises to 8 volts and then falls slowly back to 0 volts after the TV turns off.
