Television and Home Theater

So everything on my picture is fine on my tv but the light on the front panel blinks 5 times?  Anyonw know what the exact problem is.  I talked to Sony and all they were willing to tell me was that is had something to do with the power..  I checked the outlet and it was fine.  Is it the power supply in the TV? 

I have the Philips 55PP9352 55" tv I received as a gift.....hahaha. It had what appeared to be a convergence problem, but little did I know, that after I changed the 2 chips, it did not help. So I'm asking here, what else could it be?

Hi i think the ballast circuit is ruined. i had a lamp go out and replaced it though without the lamp installed i hear a loud buzzing sound coming on and off from the ballast circuit.

so i replaced the lamp and power the tv on then blinking red light. anyone know a compatable ballast so i can buy one on ebay? Thanks.
