pico fuse 5a location f9a23 keeps blowing

i have installed 4 different sets of stks (due to convergence not working at all stk chips cold) and pico fuse keeps blowing.....so i know its not bad stks since i have tried 4 difirent sets

if i pull stk out and turn tv on the pico does not blow

from what i understand this pico powers the stks 

i have been troubleshooting this for weeks can anyone help me 

My TVseems to have all the colors not lining up.  Sort of ghosting effect buy all three colors.  I think its BP95-00415C but Im not sure.  Hopefully someone on this forum can help.  Thanks in advance.

I have the oppurtunity to purchase a 52" curtis mathes tv for $50. Judging from the pics I have seen which were poor quality , it looks as though it may have a convergence problem. I am gonna go look at it in person tuesday. What i wanted to know is if it does need a lil work would it be worth $50?
