Television and Home Theater

I'm a technical support agent who troubleshoots various electronic devices in a call center. The other day, a customer calls in reporting that after going through the auto scan feature of the TV, the set picks up only the analog channels but, not the digital ones. Customer is using cable service without a cable box. We accessed the Menu options of the TV and selected Auto Scan again, CATV option, and then the option to Scan for Channels. The same thing happens. Only the analog channels are detected by the set. Why does this happen? Does anyone know?

Hello, I recently replaced the ic's for convergence issues. only the red has a bow going across the screen after replacing the ic's. Question? Could it still be a solder problem and it was not done efficently. and if not, please let me know which resistors and pico fuses should be looked at or replaced? Please help.  Thank you

Is there a repair for this? Does anyone have detailed instructions. The TV used to click several times and then turn on. Now it clicks but does not turn on. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
