Television and Home Theater

Hi.

Like a fool, I bought a new/old stock Philips plasma for a steal of a price, but the dealer didn't have the table-top stand. I figured I'd find one on the web.

 Two months later, the tv is still in the box, cause I can't find the stand ANYWHERE! 

Anyone have one to sell? Model number is Philips TC50FL02

my wife was watching the tv and all of a sudden it just turned off - now all it does when you turn it on it shuts right back off in about 5 sec. I had a tech come out and he trouble shooted by unpluging a board that had the convergence chips on it when he did that the tv stayed power on but no picture, he recommend replacement of chips and possible transistors and check the joints,

I'm a technical support agent who troubleshoots various electronic devices in a call center. The other day, a customer calls in reporting that after going through the auto scan feature of the TV, model number V07LCD32, the set picks up only the analog channels but, not the digital ones. Customer is using cable service without a cable box. We accessed the Menu options of the TV and selected Auto Scan again, CATV option, and then the option to Scan for Channels. The same thing happens. Only the analog channels are detected by the set. Why does this happen? Does anyone know?
