Television and Home Theater

I bought a couple Philip tvs from my wife's work.  They are exchanging all the tvs for LCD's.  Anyways.

It's a model number PL9127 C121, Serial 4646 0221, 27F800 7583.  I have a universal remote that works but it won't allow me to get into the menu.  All i can get is Closed Caption, Sleep Timer and Exit.  No picture quality settings or anything else it might allow me to do.

Help would be appreciated.

 Ihave a ws65513 mitsubishi that has sound but no picture. The dm board was eplace about a year ago. any help how to repair the no picture issue would be appreciated.

My ws 55313 will not power on. I have replaced the convergence chips with Sanyo part stk 394-250 this has not helped. The code I get is a 12 which means there is no problem, but it will not power on. It will click like it is going to power on but will not.  when I plug it in the green light flashes about 3 times, then when I push the power button it flashes about three times. I have also disconnected the front panel switch and used the remote I get the same outcome the clicking noise like it is going to come on but does not.  I have the service manual and can solder well.
