Television and Home Theater

HELP!

  When pluged in, I can turn the unit on with the remote, I hear a relay click, then I hear a clicking/whistle sound that repeats itself at about .5Hz comming from T812 on the PA1646 board.

I have no HV, and no other indications that the power is applied.

This all started one sunday morning, my family was watching the set, when it powered down and would not come up. I have removed the chassis and have inspected it for obvious solder/burnt components/loose connections, etc with no findings.

Please help...

My Misubishi hd WD-73732 won't power on or off, the only thing it work is flashing green light .I did try to hold down the power button to reset (no luck), press timer reset (no luck), un plug power cable,then plug it back in (no luck).Can you help.Thanks

I have a panasonice PT-51hx41e projection screen tv that will power up for a few seconds before shutting off.  The screen does not come on when powered up for the short time.  Does anyone have an idea where I should start looking for the problem.  If the bulb is blown, will the unit shut down after a few seconds?
