Sony kp48-s70 convergence problem

 I've read quite a few articles on this site regarding convergence problems and how to repair the problem, however, I can't seem to find info  for my question.  Is it possible  for the convergence ics  to be bad without blowing any of the pico fuses. Would anyone be able to provide voltage readings on these chips?  Any other help on this subject is appreciated.
