Television and Home Theater

My panasonic rear projection started acting up a month ago.First the blue started wandering out of sync and I could adjust it back with the convergence settings and then it became worse the blue was actually jumping up and down about an inch or 2 on the screen like someone was in the TV wiggling the blue lense.The picture never became bowed or distorted like many of the other threads i have seen,just that the blue would not stop moving or stay in adjustment.

Have a RCA D52W20 the went went dead.  Green light came on for 3-4sec the off.  Tracked down the the Green CRT board and disconnected the Green.  The red and Blue would come on and stay on so I replaced the Green CRT board.  The Red and Blue would still come on with the Green CRT board connected but no Green light.  I replaced the Green tube thinking the bulb went out taking the CRT with it but no luck.  Am I missing something that controls the Green. 

For those experienced guys you already know this is a samsung 40 inch LCD tv. I do repairs but have never repaired a samsung yet. (I lie, i have updated the firmware on one once)
