Television and Home Theater

This tv's convergence recently went out, and after reading up I ordered IC chips (originally were stk392-110's, I replaced with stk392-120's) and the problem remains: the blue image is severely wavy and can't be adjusted vertically.

I've read that there could be a resistor or pico fuse out on the power supply board, but I don't see anything out of the ordinary... Is the only way to check these with a multimeter? What is my next step?

LAST WEEK I REPAIRED THIS SET WITH THE CONVERGENCE KIT AND THE BLINKING GREEN LIGHT KIT AND THE SET WORKED FINE FOR FOUR DAYS. NOW I AM BACK TO SQUARE ONE. COMES ON FOR THREE SECONDS AND TURNS OFF. ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE.???

 I have the Mitsubishi WS-65819.  I ordered and received the Panasonic Caps to replace on the 

DM board and my set does NOT use them ?  The 65819 uses a different chassis I guess.  Can anyone 

help with the location and Caps I need ?  Thanks,  Fred  M.
