Mitsubishi VS-60705 - Blinking Green lights - Dead Screen

I have read several of your responses. I have a VS-60705. It was a friends and was working up until about a year ago when he replaced it.

It was given to me about 2 weeks ago. When In moved it into the basement it would not come on at first. Just Blinking green lights as I have heard people talk about on here.

After cycling it a few times I was able to get it to come on, but the top and bottom of the picture was cut off. After a short period of time the picture went full screen.

My Sharp is trying to trick me!

My Sharp LC-37HV4U flat panel has decided not to work. It had been working fine for years then one day I turned it off before leaving the room and 15 minutes later came back and it wouldn't turn on. I tried unplugging it and letting it sit but I still got nothing. The little red power led now just slowly blinks on and off. I read some previous post on here and tried to hold down the input and volume- buttons while powering it on and that would turn it on with perfect picture and sound.

I have an 8 y/o 55'' mitsubishi with a constant blinking green light.  Can you tell me where the DM module is located and which capacitors need replacing?  I have a local electronics parts outlet and am a fair hand at soldering.  thank you......tk

Sony kp57-ws500 changed d board 3 times still has convergance issue

hello fellow techs!
I am in a continous loop with sony where they have sent me 3 d-boards and none of them are working. i keep getting the same issue convergance and in some instances a line in the middle of the screen. I cant help but think I am doing something wrong but i have scoured through this forum and google to find out if i am. looks like i am might just have bad luck or i am breaking these boards?

Mitsubishi ws-55907 turns on, has sound, but no picture

ok so no one really wanted to help me before, probabaly b/c i'm new and know nothing about tv's but whatever, i figured out wat the 3 flashes of the green light mean, and i found the service manual here on the site, ran the self diagnostic and it comes up as a 1-2 which means everything suppost to be fine, but now the tv turns on first it turned on the the screen was all distorted and said power across the bottom, but the the screen went black and u cant see anything. any idea's or pointers anyone???
