Good Afternoon,

I know I have seen a few old postings for this, but I have been unable to find out the information I have been looking for. I need to know if the manual has any type of instructions on how to take apart this TV. I need to carry it up 13 steps, and around a corner, where it will not fit very well. I figure if I can get out the internal components it will be much easier to get around the corner by going over top the balcony rail.

JVC NV-55D500 rear projection television won't turn on

Hope someone can help me out. I'm trying to figure out why my friends tv suddenly won't turn but. When the power button is pressed the green led comes on and relay clicks but doesn't turn on. No blown fuses no visible problems an won't turn on. It's a JVC NV-55D500 chassis no. VZ7 manufactured in 1999. Apparently the night before there were some coloured lines startingacrosst the top of the screen. The set was turned off and the next morning the tv turned on and shortly after it turned off and won't come back on. I unplugged the set for an hour then tried it and same thing.

hey i have an insignia 42 lcd tv model number NS-L42Q120-10A and i need the board that holds the rca and hdmi plugs. any idea what its called and where i can find one?
