Television and Home Theater

I have a Hitachi rear projection tv model 65SWX20B that has no audio and no video problem. The red power indicator light in front of the tv is on and not blinking. This problem started when there was a power outage at our area. would replacing the two STK392-150 fix this issue? I will also try to check all convergence resistors if any of them are open. Please help me since I don't want to trash this fine tv I enjoyed for many years.

My samsung HL-R5067W has a problem!....When the picture is a dark scene it has  green/red/&blue/ squares in the background!...?....also, the cable tuner channels look very bad!   with lines & won't clear up!?....The over the air tuner looks great but, the sub-channels look as bad as all the digital cable channels!? I listen at the back but don't hear any color wheel noise. Can anyone HELP ME with this problem!!!!! Thank You.

The TV clicks and turns on for a few seconds and then clicks again and shuts down. Shows error code 23, horizontal deflecton failure. The pico fuses check ok. Is there a common fix for this? Any suggestions?
