Television and Home Theater

I have a WS-48511 that has the same problem as everyone else.  I think my TV took a power hit after a power outage and now only knows how to blink.  I have tried the reset, the front panel controls and the remote all to no avail.  Some of you have used Larry Dillon's four capacitor fix on the DM board to some success.  I do not know if this is the right fix for my problem, but I can replace thru hole components if that is all it takes.  My problem is identifying the PCB.  The main board is clearly marked, but the other PCBs have words like JUNGLE, HP, DBF marki

I've seen many, many problems with this model. I also needed and found a service manual. After tearing down the set and getting a good look at the chassis I noticed that none of the capacitors don't look to be burn or blown. I'm going to look further into it. I had the blinking green light of death. After being in my home for less than 20 seconds and not even touching the T.V. I was told it would cost almost $1000 for a new power supply. I'm looking for more details or an actual service manual.
