Television and Home Theater

Hello, Trying to replace the Convergence ICs on my 65" Sony but the Controller board is connected to another controller board by two black connectors that are about 2 inches by 2inches and look almost like hinges... I have never seen a connector like this.. Does anyone know how to dissconnect them?

I replaced IC convenance chips but damaged a ribbon cable while removing PC board. I have parts list but can't fine the part on the list. Can anyone assist me find this part and were to buy it?

I have a Mitsubishi WD-60735 TV and I ordered a New Lamp to replace my fading lamp. I put the new lamp in, turned it on and the TV worked great. Reset brightness and contrast and then turned the TV off headed out for a couple hours and when I came back, the TV would not turn on. It acted as if it wanted to go but the red indicator came on as if the lamp was no good.
