my blue convergence is off

the red is fine but on the blue, everything lines up except on the top right and bottom left adjustments. the center of the screen is fine and lines up correctly.

If the blue convergence chip was bad I would think that the entire screen would not line up

Hello, I have a Sony Trinitron, model KV32F300. A couple weeks ago, it would not turn off unless unplugged, and it would not turn on unless plugged in. When plugged in, the volume display bar would appear and steadily raise from low to max and stay on max until the TV was unplugged again...plugging in would restart the process. Remote would not turn set on or off nor affect the volume issue. So, I think it may be something with the set itself. Any thoughts? Thanks.
