Television and Home Theater

My TV has the timer/power light flashing a continuous fast green.  When I hit the system reset button it begins the same flashing pattern.  My dealer said I needed a new bulb and I installed it and it did not effect the flashing light.  The bulb was the original from 1995.  I have seen other questions on this in the blogs and they mentioned changing out some capacators.  Can you give me insight on this problem?

My panasonic big screen went 3D effect looking on me.  I looked tru the site and saw many problems like mine with the solutions.  The thing is my conversgence works except for on the conversion settings 2 menu with the blue.  i can move the blue color left and right except for the  3 far right icons, i can't move the blue icon right it can go left or up and down but not right.  How can i fix this problem? Can I do it without having getting a conversion kit?

Hello all, I have replaced convergence IC's previously on my Sony rear projection TV with no problem; however, I recently replaced the convergence IC's on my parents Mitsubishi VS-60607 rear projection TV with no improvement in the convergence. Attached are links to a few pictures illustrating the convergence problem. I am able to adjust the convergence manually through the advanced menu as well as the service menu; however, I'm unable to achieve the needed alignment.
