Television and Home Theater

i have a ge 13gp711 small tv clear light blue the problem is the kids locked it out with the parental controll 4 dighit code nobody knows what it is so how do i reset it back to normal what normal

I purchased a new color TV and noticed a streak of rainbow color down the right side. Someone suggested that there could be a strong magnetic field nearby causing it. The TV was sitting on a chest of drawers and when I looked in the top drawer I discovered a toy with a very strong magnet. I have removed the magnet but I still have distorted color on the right side. How can I fix this problem?
