Television and Home Theater

I have an older model Emerson VCR model number vcr755 and can no longer find the original directions that came with it. I need the directions on how to set the clock and how to set the recording timer so that I can record programs when I am not at home. I would greatly appreciate any help.

I have trouble with this big screen:
- unit is shuting down when apply the signal in the screen.
- will not adjust the convergeance perfectly in wide screen mode.
I've already replaced 2 convergeance ICs. Resoldered Hight Voltage Board and checked all components on this board are good. Also checked the power supply board too.
The trouble is still here.
