Television and Home Theater

I have a Sony Trinitrton Model KV-24fv300 which is 3 years old. The top half of the picture is blank. the bottom half of the picture is fine. Is it the picture tube or some other problem. Also, is it worth fixing.

SONY FD TRINITRON: i have a sony fd trinitron kv20fv300 and it isn't responding to the remote (yes, changed batteries) and pushing the controls on the tv doesn't do much either. the only button that i push on the tv's panel controls that does anything is the volume (which works to adjust the volume but at the same time, with each press, switches the tv between cable to normal feed). nothing else does anything. so, i can't get to a menu to reset anything. any ideas? please.

the picture on my projection tv has gone bad
there is a bow at the bottom of the screen
with the blue color,is a panasonic pt 56hx41
any help please,need the tv schematic.
