panisonic with a horazonal line that destorts the pic

I have a 36" panisonic direct view tv model number ct36d 11e chassy number gp342 when the tv runs for about an hour i get a horazonal line that destorts the picture

My Toshiba CX2778 went dead on me. When I try to turn it on it makes a ticking sound and no raster. I am trying to save some money. I have a basic knowledge of electronics and I think that I can probably fix it myself once I know what is the problem. I will wellcome any suggestion as to what should I check. Thank you

Philips Magnavox- Smart series

My Philips Magnavox-Smart Series. 14". Wont turn on. When I try to turn it on. Sometimes after hundreds of intents it would turn on, but after an hour or two it would turn off again. What can I do to fix this?

my symphonic 27" wf27f4 flat screen is dead wont turn on checked other outlets stil dead intrenal fuse was blown replaced it pluged it in and fuse blew again please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
