Television and Home Theater

We have a 32 in. RCA bought back in 2003. here within the past 2 weeks it's started acting funny and the past couple days won't display a picture. It started out, there was a line going across the screen about 3 inches down. We took the back off and dusted and it seemed to work again, by the end of the night however it was back to same thing and now when I turn it on there is sound but no picture. I've got 2 lines of blue, 2 lines of red and 2 lines of green. What could this be? Is this something that can be fixed or is she a goner?

Help! This is a great remote, but I want
to "unlearn" 2 buttons that I taught from my
TIVO remote. I can't get it to 'unlearn'. The
manual isn't clear.I push 'SET' then I push 'CBL'
at the same time pushing the button I want it to
unlearn. Well now the button does nothing but it won't let me 'teach' it either. How long do I have to hold both buttons down? Which lights go out?
If anyone is familiar with this remote I would appreciate any help.

I have an Old RCA tv..I have been wanting to hook up the s-video input to make my ps2/x-box hook-ups I have already digital cable and dvd player on my 2 extra inputs...but when I hook up the s-video..I get nothing..I have long lost the original remote and manual...I believe I have to re-program the tv for the s-video..Please help
