Television and Home Theater

This TV I am working on has a darker screen 2/3 of the way across and then produces a normal picture. There are no error codes or defective modules reported by the computer. I can see on the other 2/3 but it is definately not the way it is supposed to be. Any ideas to what would cause the screen to be so dark for  only for 2/3 of the screen?

My RCA TruFlat TV, Model 20F542T, has developed a green picture.
I can't change it by using color or tint adjustment. Any thoughts?
