Television and Home Theater

I cannot get any sound out of my toshiba dvd player. The picture works fine but no sound comes out. Most of the time i am pretty giid at stuff like this but i cant figure out whats wrong.

My family has a Sony Wega t.v. kv-24fv10 that was moved from the back of the house into our living room after it was re-modeled. The problem started a few weeks ago....everytime we change the channel we see the picture for a second and then there is a static sound and white streak on the screen. Does anyone know what is causing this problem? How can it be fixed?

I have an Emerson tv/vcr combo 13" inch. All of a sudden it doesn't have audio on the AUX channel, or the game channel (they are probably the same i don't know) It has perfec audio on all other channels, but when turned to AUX the sound gets fuzzy sounding and when you plug something into the audio video jacks in the front you get video and no sound. I have tried to plug in dvd players and video games, but nothing get audio on this channel Any suggestions?
