Answering Machine Problems

I am continually experiencing my clients telling me that while they are leaving me a voicemail, they are disconnected. The system does not do this for every voicemail left. It seems random in nature. I have been sitting at my desk and have heard it happen. Just today a freight company called and she could not even get 2 words left before being disconnected. When I spoke to her, she advised it had happened a few times today to her. My system is Panasonic KX-TGA410B. This is a real problem for me that my customers experience this frustrating situation.
