TV Problem: Akira_Ch.8803_CT-14FES1 - The color is wrong

My TV is akira_Ch.8803_CT-14FES1___The color of my TV is wrong!!!Can you tell me___what is the component that caused of this problem??Why the color changed replace each other-->Green become Red,then Red become Blue,and then Blue become Green...??? And also degaussing on the middle to the bottom part of the screen is fail..??
