i just plugged in my tv after not using it for 3 years. it worked great for a few hours then got color lines, the sound got really loud (i didnt turn it up) then the tv turned off. when i try to turn the tv on the green light is steady for about 1 minute (no picture no sound) them turns itself off. i pressed the menu and input and got a 2:3 code. what can this be.
Error 23 is horizontal deflection error. Could be HOT horizontal output transistor. Or high voltage splitter. Check hot for shorts they don't cost that much if its the problem.
