Sony Projection TV Convergence Issue

All, I have the model KP-46WT500 46" projection TV that, for the second time, has the convergence issue. The first repair held up for just over 3 years and I have now completed the repair again. This time I had a blown 5A pico fuse on the verticle board to the left of the convergence board, I think it's called "G". Replaced the fuse and the convergence chips, worked for about 5 minutes, then the problem returned. Now I have two blown 5A pico fuses they're positioned right next to each other.) on the board. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? It appears that the chips are working okay... that is until the fuses blow. Any ideas? I have no schematics or service manual. Thanks!
