Trying to help friend with this TV. I've done my part by buying new bulb but alas that not help.
TV: Mitsubishi WD-62528
Turn TV on and the Lamp indicator light blinks green for a minute. Status light blinks yellow continuously.
Replaced the bulb, cleaned the air filter. No go.
Suggestions?
Google the blinking green light of death-bglod. Do you have any expperiance with solid state soldering?
The green light does stop blinking. Its the yellow status light that does not.
How many times does the green light blink before it stops?
We have a Mitsubishi WS73909 Having the green blinking light issue. We have no video. We do have audio. I have downloaded the service manual from this site. Can you tell me from experience what the problem is. Thank you
The problem is bad capacitors on a few different boards.
Probably blinked green 40 some times for 1 minute.
