Hey guys,
I got a tv off the father inlaw, its a 19" kawasaki LCD, model PVS31190WS
It powers on, Blue screen and I can accsess the menu, when I turn to the cable input or vga (what ever I have it hooked to) I cannot pull a picture blue screen turns black or black with a horzontal white line in the middle of the screen, I do have sound though, and no menu. But if I unhook any of the inputs and it gos back to the blue screen, I can accsess the menu again. Any help would be greatly appricated! They sell new control boards for $30 but not sure if it would be the control board or an inverter or lcd screen.
