Sony convergence issue

I have a Sony rear projection tv and recently the convergence went out so I put in some new ic"s. But he picture is out and I have to turn it off and on to fix the convergence. So the story in a nut shell Replaced the ic"s only Now convergence goes out and I turn it off and on and bam it's fixed. But goes on every hour or so and have to turn it off and on everytime. Thx for any help.
