when i plug it in the red stand-by ligh illuminates, then i press the power button and te green led blinks 4 times and stays on on the 5th time. at this time the screen is illuminated but blank and i have audio. i have tried different inputs with the same results. i removd the back panel and visually examined everything andit appears ok (no buldging caps, burnt spots, ect...) so with everything still connected i checked for 6v, 12, 24v and they are all present.
so the backlights are on, i have audio, p/s appears ok just no picture. i figured i must be a faulty compont on the t-con/video/main board 68709M0734B. but im affraid to just order the board because it appears the video signal is sent to another smaller board before it goes to the screen via 31 pin wire harness. is there a way to test the output signal from the main board?
i will be using a fluke 112 multimeter i have all the equipment for working with circuits and i also have an o-scope if needed.
