I've recently updated Firefox and have lost the back, refresh, stop and home buttons, also the status bar at the bottom of the page. Is this because it is the new version and they are not included or has something gone wrong? I have trying taking it off and re-installing but it is still the same. I have also tried to go back to the older version of Firefox but it won't let me, any advice would be appreciated please. I have Windows 7.
In Firefox 4 (I assume that's the version you upgraded to) you can control which toolbars appear. Press the Alt key on your keyboard, which will make the menu bar appear. Click View, then hover your mouse over "Toolbars". Make sure the "Navigation" bar is enabled, then you can toggle around the rest of them to customize Firefox how you prefer.
You can also do the same thing by clicking the orange Firefox button in the upper left corner, then hovering over options.
