Mitsubishi TV WS65513 Takes too long to power up

Please somebody help me!!!! I have a Mitsubishi TV  WS-65513, the green power light blinks for a long time before powering up 20, 45 minutes or hours.

I've heard of a DM board capacitors, if that's the case wich ones, I see three large ones         (1000uf x 200v) and a bunch of amaller ones.

Is it another issue with this set??
