samsung rear projection conversion problems

I have a Samsung rear projection Model HCN4226W that had some conversion problems.  The green was WAY out of wack and it wouldn't let us adjust it. I ordered a new conversion board and it popped right in NO PROBLEM...well little problem. I ran auto focus and now the green is fine but the blue is messes up.  I went into the manual focus and I can move the top and bottom rows but it won't let me adjust the middle. It seems "bent".  So I'm wondering did I just get a bad board or is something else going on???  HELP
