KP46XBR35 convergence issue

Hi All,

I'm trying to fix up this set.  I've cleaned the optics and mirror, and attempted to readjust geometry and convergence by the pots on the D board.  I've gotten it very close but using a crosshatch grid, red has the upper right corner dog eared.  Red was very hard to adjust and the controls seemed wonky, with more than one needing to be maxed out or close to it to get convergence as good as i've gotten it.  Green is spot on and blue I can get close except for a small bend in that same upper right corner.  Could my difficulty with red be a component failure somewhere?  From what I have read if the STKs are blown the geometry would be much worse. 

Also, I had adjusted the SCREEN pots on the flyback without knowing they had to be adjusted together, and now the picture will go black for half a second from time to time.  Is there any quick way to fix this or do I need to adjust each in tiny increments until they are balanced again?
