Toshiba LCD TV 37E200U dead set

Can someone help me, I have a Toshiba LCD TV 37E200U. The set sufferd a lighting storm power surge, no sound no picture no LED indicator light. Main fuse ok all SMD fuse on all three boards ok. I am checking voltages at wire connector on power board from main board . On the power board i read no volts on 12v and 24v terminals, I do have 5 volts on 5v termial. No volts on PWR, DIM and Inv termials. On the ACD termial i read  .1622v when wire harness is connected to main board, when i disconnect the connector all voltages are the same except ACD witch now reads 5v. Could someone help me understand what ACD, PWR, DIM and Inv circuits are and what are the normal voltage i sould read? My thoughts are that i may have something shorted on the main board.
