50" samsung projector tv screen picture ghost effect w/ 5 green lines

I have a samsung 50" hd tv dlp rear projection tv, model # HLR4667WAX/XAA, the lamp bulb has recently been replaced but when the tv is turned on the screen has 5 green vertical lines running across the screen with a visible tv image with a ghosting effect, was wondering if anyone had the same problem or a possible sollution to this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.
