Panasonic CRT rear projection tv Squiggly line problem

I have Panasonic CRT rear projection tv model number PT-47wx42f. The problem is the picture has become horrible, theres all squiggly lines going across the screen, it used to go away but not anymore. I have some pictures its hard to see i know and I dont really know how to explain it sorry
