Philips 60PP9202/17F (DPT305) Horizontal bars, turns off

I recently replaced the convergence chips/resistors (with proper replacements) on my TV as needed but now after powering on the screen has two ~6 inch tall full horizontal bars across the bottom of the screen and goes into standy mode after about 5 seconds, and the power light blinks in increments of 9-any idea's as to what happened?
