Need Help with Mitsubishi WD-62525

I have a Mitsubishi WD-62525 that's having intermittent problems that I haven't been able to fix.  Here's the problem:

Intermittently, when I turn the TV on, the green light will come on but I never get a picture.  When this happens, I do not hear the relays pick up and the bulb doesn't light. I've disassembled the TV several times now and haven't been able to find any bulging capacitors on the power supply board.  I did find 4 bulging caps on the DM board which I replaced.  After replacing the caps I reassembled the TV and it worked great for several days without any problem.  At this point I thought I was fixed but after a week or so it starting doing the exact same thing.  The weird thing is that the problem is intermittent. Sometimes the TV will come on and other times it won't.  I never get a green flashing light or an amber light like others have described online.

Sometimes it seems like if I disconnect the power for a little while the try it again it will work but that's not always the case.  I have disassembled it 3 times now and looked for blown caps and each time I reassemble it, the TV comes right on.  The next time I turn it on, it may come on and it may not.

I have a copy of the service manual and began troubleshooting using the diagrams. What I found it that when the TV will not come on, I am missing the PON-2 3.3V signal at K4 of the power board.  This signal eventually turns on the relays and does several other things.

All Standby DC voltages look good and the 12V, 10V, 5V, and 6V supplies come on when the TV is working correctly.  The 12V, 10V, 5V, and 6V supplies are not present when the problem is occurring.

Has anyone ever seen a problem similar to this and can you give me any words of wisdom?  I may have missed it, but I don't see anything that identifies what is needed to get the PON-2 3.3V signal.

Thanks
