My Durabrand System Won't Turn On!!!

Recently my durabrand home theater system decided that it didn't want to turn on.  It worked great, then I came home from work one day and tried to turn it on and NOTHING!!!.  YES it is plugged in.  NO, the cord isn't dammaged.  ANY ideas?
