WD 62528 service manual says, The TV must be in “Shut Down” and not have been switched Off, to perform the Error Code Operational check. So if the tv flashes green for 70 seconds then goes off yet still doesnt power on ..................how do I check for codes
Hold menu button and device button for several seconds. This should initiate the diagnostic blinking pattern. You'll need the service manual for more info on what they mean.
Thanks so much for the reply.........its been a long wait trying to get any help at all with this P.O.S. I shouldnt say that .........it does have a beautiful picture when it decides to work. Any way...........I have the service man. and followed your instructions, AGAIN , and I still get nothing. If you are still motivated to help me I have 3 or 4 other detailed post about this unit, just search w/the model # and my user ID
