Mitsubishi WS55513 blinking green light

I also have the Mitsubishi blinking light problem but it isn't continuous.It blinks for 45 sec and goes out.Resetting has the same results.Could it be more than a caps problem? I also can not bring up any diag. codes. any help? Thanks  Kenny
