Ok this afternoon, my mother in law tried to turn off the tv and it refused to turn off and started making a loud noise. So I had my wife unplug the tv and everything got quite. Problem now is everything is still quite... I plugged it back in and it refuses to power on at all... I hit the power button nothing, hit the remote power nothing, hit the reset nothing.....
Is this maybe the caps? If so does anyone have a tech sheet on which ones to replace and where they are and part numbers and where to buy them, etc.... I do already have the service manual but no other pages or books....

This is out of warranty and no power at all....
Ok so today all of the sudden the Tv started to blink greeen 2 weeks after it stopped working.... Odd... Please help!
