Sony KDF42WE655 blue blocthes

I took apart light engine and cleaned RGB lens covers that had the dust build up . But when i put it back together the colors were out of alignment . (The picture no longer has the blue blocthes ) I should not have taken the lens off there mount and should have cleaned without removing them individually . Tried to align them with the screws but it is not working well ( very sensitive ) . My question is i noticed the service manual is availible on this site and i have downloaded but can the colors be aligned like it is done on a rear projection set ? Thanks for any info , James
