Samsung 1080i HCP4241W Blue Tube Replacement

I replaced the blue CRT on a Samsung 1080i HCP4241W. I noticed after I replaced it that there are some CRT neck magnets missing. The red and green have these magnets but the blue does not. I am sure I did not lose it. Possibly another technician lost it long ago or possibly the blue does not have it. These are adjustments on the neck of the tube a few inches from the pin connector at the bottom. There are convergence magnet adjustments (on the old color CRTs they are called purity magnets) up near the yoke on all three tubes. These move around the blue image so I can adjust the position of the blue dots in the middle. Then I run the autofocus (convergence) and it looks pretty good but still not acceptable. I purchased the service manual. Since the owner does not have the remote control I had to order a new one to run the diagnostics. I am waiting for that. Meanwhile I wonder if anyone could shed light on the missing magnets near the base of the tube. I surmised that the blue tube does not need them and the red and green need to be adjusted to the blue, but I don't know.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me here.

I have them on all three

I have them on all three tubes in my PTH5498. I've heard the rings are easy to snap.
